Overview

FlexRent Pro is an equipment rental platform. We collect only the information necessary to create your account, process rentals, verify identity for eligible equipment, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Information we collect

Account information

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Password (stored in encrypted form)
• Profile photo (optional)

Rental & transaction data

• Booking history, equipment selections, pickup/return dates
• Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
• Identity verification documents when required for high-value rentals

Device & app data

• Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage logs and crash reports for troubleshooting
• IP address and general location (city/region) for fraud prevention and local inventory

Permissions used by the app

• Location — to show nearby equipment and pickup points
• Camera — to upload identity documents and condition photos at pickup/return
• Storage / Photos — to attach images to support requests or verification
• Notifications — to send booking confirmations and return reminders (optional)

How we use your information

• Create and manage your account
• Process equipment reservations, payments, and returns
• Verify identity for eligible high-value rentals
• Send transactional notifications (bookings, reminders, receipts)
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

Account & data deletion

You may delete your FlexRent Pro account and associated personal data at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• By email: Send a deletion request to LAKE@flexrentpro.site with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address linked to your account

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., completed transaction records). Active rentals must be completed or cancelled before account deletion.

Children's privacy

FlexRent Pro is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted password storage, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website (flexrentpro.site) does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party advertising scripts. Contact form submissions are handled via email only.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
